Your buyers now ask ChatGPT and Google which brand to choose. Evie asks the same questions, in their language, and shows how often your brand is named, who gets named instead, and which sites the answers come from. Then we fix the gaps together.

Labelled: the brand that leads at least one question. Grey dots: the other tracked exchanges.
Kraken and Coinbase are named most overall, but four different brands lead the five questions: Coinbase leads two, Kraken, Coinhouse and OKX one each. The licensing question shows why: Coinhouse leads it, and the answers lean on the regulator's own register (amf-france.org, cited 28 times). For a brand that isn't named at all, the first fix is the cheapest one: be listed and described correctly on the sources AI already trusts, then win the "best exchange" and "lowest fees" questions with pages built to answer them.
The leader was named in 46 of 56 answers. Your brand was named in none, so every one of those answers sent a buyer somewhere else. The fix starts with the sites these answers cite, led by amf-france.org.

Labelled: the brands that lead the buying questions, and the next one down. Grey dots: the other tracked cards.
RedotPay leads four of the five buying questions, yet it stopped taking new Korean signups in September, so AI keeps sending Korean buyers to a card they cannot get. That is the opening. Your brand already reaches Google's top 10 for 2 of 10 searches but only 1 of 120 AI answers, and on Naver, Korea's main search engine, most top results are blog and cafe posts. The first fixes: accurate Korean pages that answer these exact questions, and outreach to the Korean finance media the answers cite (biz.chosun.com, en.sedaily.com).
The leader was named in 66 of 120 answers. Your brand was named in 1. Buyers asking in Korean are being sent to cards they often cannot sign up for.
