EvieTerms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Evie by BIG ("Evie", "we", "us"). Evie is operated by an independent sole proprietor based in California, USA. They cover your use of askevie.io, the Evie dashboard, reports and any related services (together, the "Service"). By ordering a plan, requesting a free check or using the Service you agree to them. If you use Evie for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.
1. What Evie does
Evie asks AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity), search engines (such as Google, Naver and Baidu) and video platforms the questions your buyers ask, stores their answers, and reports how often your brand and your competitors are named, and which sources were cited. On plans that include it, we also draft fixes such as page copy, FAQ text, corrections and outreach emails for you to review. Evie never publishes content, posts to social media or forums, or sends messages on your behalf. Nothing goes live unless you approve and publish it.
2. Results are measurements, not guarantees
- AI and search engines are run by third parties. Their answers change over time, differ between repeats and between their apps and their APIs, and can be wrong.
- Evie reports what the engines said when we asked. We do not promise that your brand will be named, ranked or recommended, or that any fix will change an engine's answers.
- Each number in a report links to the stored answers behind it, so you can check it yourself.
3. Your account and access
- Give accurate details and keep any dashboard or report links we send you private. Anyone with a client link can see that dashboard.
- You are responsible for activity under your access and for telling us if a link may have been shared by mistake, so we can replace it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Only ask us to track brands you own or represent, and their competitors, for legitimate marketing and research purposes.
- Not use reports to make false or misleading claims about competitors, or present stored AI answers as statements made by us.
- Not resell raw data from the Service, except agency clients sharing white label reports with their own clients.
- Not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
5. Plans and prices
A market is one country in one language.

Annual plans are billed yearly at 10 times the monthly price. Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT that applies. We may change prices; existing subscriptions get at least 30 days' email notice before a change applies, and you can cancel before it does.
6. Payment
- Card: processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- USDT: sent to the wallet address and on the network stated on your invoice, for the exact amount shown. You pay any network fees. A payment counts as received once it is confirmed on chain. Payments sent to the wrong address or network may be lost and cannot be refunded by us.
- Work starts once payment is received.
7. Renewals and cancellation
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the then current price until you cancel. USDT plans renew by invoice.
- You can cancel any time by emailing [email protected]. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You keep the reports already delivered.
- If a card payment fails, Stripe will retry; if it keeps failing, weekly runs stop.
8. Refunds
- Audit: refundable in full if you cancel before we start the run. Once the run has started it is not refundable, because the API costs are spent.
- First monthly payment: if Evie isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days and we will refund it, less the cost of runs already made.
- Renewals: not refunded, except where the law requires it; cancelling stops the next renewal.
- USDT refunds are paid in USDT to a wallet address you give us, at the original USD amount.
- If the Service fails for a significant time because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will make it right with a credit or a refund.
9. Your content and our work
You own your brand names, facts, questions and any content you give us ("Your Content"). You give us permission to use Your Content only to run the Service for you. Reports and drafts we deliver are yours to use for your business once paid for. Stored answers are third party outputs; we keep them as evidence for your reports. We may use anonymized, aggregated results (with no brand names you have not made public) to describe Evie, for example "a new travel app was named in 0 of 72 answers".
10. Third party services
Evie relies on services we don't control, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, OpenRouter, DataForSEO, YouTube, Apify, Stripe, Cloudflare, Render and Resend. Their availability, prices and rules can change and may affect Evie features.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep Evie reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove engines and features. If we discontinue the Service, we will give at least 30 days' notice, send you your reports, and refund any unused prepaid time.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if greater. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used Evie's reports or content you published, in breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email active clients at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Evie after that means you accept the updated terms.
